How do I find a product or supplier?+
Use product search, category browsing and supplier profiles to explore relevant listings. Open a product to review the details and contact the listed supplier.
How do I enquire about a product?+
Select Send Inquiry on a product and provide the quantity, location and details the supplier needs to prepare a useful response. You may also use the product-specific WhatsApp option when available.
Can I ask for a quotation or share a custom requirement?+
Yes. Use Post a Requirement and describe the product or service, quantity, destination and any relevant specifications. Matching depends on the information supplied and eligible suppliers available; responses are not guaranteed.
Are displayed prices final, and can I place an order on Inqyri?+
Displayed prices and minimum order quantities are supplier-provided listing information and should be confirmed directly. Inqyri is designed for discovery and direct enquiries; it does not provide a cart or checkout flow.
How should I assess a supplier before proceeding?+
Review the business profile, location, product specifications and any available verification or rating information. Confirm credentials, availability, taxes, delivery terms and payment arrangements directly before committing.

Who can create a supplier listing?+
Manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, exporters, retailers and relevant service providers can apply, provided the business information and proposed listings meet Inqyri’s requirements.
How do I register and publish my store?+
Create a supplier account, verify your email and complete the store setup steps. Listings may remain pending while required information or admin review is completed; publishing is not guaranteed until applicable checks are satisfied.
What should a good product listing include?+
Use a clear product name, relevant category, accurate images, description, specifications, MOQ, price or price basis, brand and current availability details. Never list claims or certifications that you cannot substantiate.
Where can I see buyer enquiries?+
Where inquiry tracking is enabled for your account, review enquiries in your supplier dashboard. For WhatsApp, a click-to-chat message opens in WhatsApp; Inqyri cannot automatically read private WhatsApp replies or conversation history.
What do Free, Business, Pro and Enterprise listings mean?+
Plans may offer different listing presentation or account entitlements. The active features and quotas shown in your account or current plan information apply. Upgrading does not guarantee a particular number of enquiries or sales.
How can I improve buyer confidence?+
Keep your business profile complete, use accurate product information, provide current contact details and respond promptly. Add GST or verification information only when it is accurate and supported by your records.

Does Inqyri process payments or deliveries?+
No. Inqyri helps buyers discover products and connect with suppliers. Buyers and suppliers should agree directly on payment, shipping, taxes, quality checks and delivery terms.
Does a “Verified” label guarantee a transaction?+
No. A visible verification label should be read only as the status described by the platform. It is not a guarantee of product quality, supplier performance, payment safety or future delivery.
How is my contact information used?+
Details you submit may be shared with the supplier or eligible suppliers receiving your enquiry and with authorised Inqyri administrators for support and platform operation. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
Can Inqyri see my WhatsApp conversation?+
A standard WhatsApp click-to-chat link opens WhatsApp and does not give Inqyri access to private messages, attachments or replies. Submit an on-site inquiry as well if you want a record in the portal, where that functionality is available.
How do I report a problem or ask for help?+
Use the contact form above and choose Buyer, Vendor or General Help. Include the page or product involved and a clear description. You can attach a supporting file within the form’s stated size and file-type limits.
