Explore the marketplace ↗Inqyri brings product discovery, supplier profiles and business enquiries into one focused B2B marketplace—so buyers can explain what they need and connect with relevant businesses without a cart or checkout getting in the way.
Many business purchases need specifications, quantities, customisation, availability or a quotation before a decision can be made. Inqyri helps buyers find relevant listings and contact suppliers directly to take that conversation forward.

Add products within your plan limits. New products are reviewed individually by Inqyri Admin before they become publicly visible.
Keep your profile and catalogue current, monitor your dashboard and respond to relevant buyer enquiries through available contact channels.
Supplier stores and new product listings may require Inqyri Admin approval. A product is shown publicly only when its own publication requirements are met and its supplier store is eligible to be public. This helps keep the marketplace workflow clear for both suppliers and buyers.
Clear answers for buyers, suppliers and anyone using Inqyri’s inquiry-first marketplace.
Inqyri helps people discover businesses and start enquiries. The buyer and supplier remain responsible for agreeing and completing any transaction directly.
Inqyri is an inquiry-first B2B discovery marketplace where buyers can explore products, categories and supplier profiles, then contact businesses about their requirements. It is designed to help start a sourcing conversation—not to act as a conventional cart-and-checkout store.
Use search, browse categories, review product details and visit supplier stores. Check the listing carefully and contact the supplier to confirm whether it fits your exact requirement.
Open the relevant product or supplier listing and use the available Send Inquiry or contact option. Provide accurate contact details and useful information such as quantity, specifications, delivery location and required timeline.
No. An enquiry is a request to discuss a product or requirement. It is not an order, booking, purchase contract or guarantee of supply. Confirm the final terms directly with the supplier before committing.
No. Displayed prices, units, minimum order quantities and availability are listing information supplied by the business and may change. Ask the supplier to confirm the current price, taxes, shipping, specifications, lead time and applicable terms in writing.
Yes, where the supplier supports it. Include your quantity, specifications, customisation, destination and expected timeline in your enquiry. The supplier decides whether it can meet the requirement and what quotation to offer.
Review the available business profile and listing information, ask for relevant business details and independently verify credentials, samples, references and terms before paying or sharing sensitive information. A listing or platform review should not be treated as a guarantee of a business’s conduct.
Allow reasonable time, check that your contact details are correct and use any other contact option shown on the listing. You may also explore other relevant suppliers. Inqyri cannot guarantee a response or a quotation from every business.
Create a supplier account using accurate business contact details, complete the required email verification, and follow the store setup steps. Submit truthful business information and keep your account contact details current.
Yes. A registered supplier can create and submit products within the applicable plan limits even if store approval is pending or the store is inactive. Product creation access does not itself make a product public.
Each newly submitted product must pass its individual Admin review. After approval, it can appear publicly only when the supplier store is also approved and active and the other publication checks pass. If the store is not eligible yet, the product remains hidden until it becomes eligible.
The supplier should read the Admin’s remarks, edit the product to address the requested changes and resubmit it for review. A product with changes requested remains unavailable publicly until the review process is completed and it becomes eligible for publication.
No. Supplier-side edits or submission do not replace the required Admin approval for newly submitted products. Public visibility is controlled by the marketplace’s approval and store-eligibility rules.
No. Approval is a moderation and publication step, not a promise of ranking, traffic, enquiries, conversions, revenue or sales. Results depend on buyer demand, listing quality, price, availability, response time and other factors.
Use an accurate title, relevant category, clear description, genuine images you are allowed to use, correct unit and price information where shown, minimum order quantity where relevant, and truthful specifications. Do not post misleading claims, duplicate spam listings or content that infringes another party’s rights.
Yes. Listings or stores may remain hidden while pending, inactive or under review, and may be returned for changes or rejected under marketplace rules. Suppliers should read any available reason, correct issues where resubmission is offered, and contact support if they believe a decision is mistaken.
Available features and limits depend on the plan assigned to the supplier and the current plan terms displayed in the portal. Review the plan information in your dashboard before creating listings or relying on a feature. Plan access does not override moderation, approval or store-eligibility requirements.
Inqyri operates the discovery and enquiry platform. Products and services are offered by independent supplier businesses, not by Inqyri, unless a specific listing explicitly states otherwise.
The marketplace is inquiry-first and does not provide a standard product cart-and-checkout purchase flow. Buyers and suppliers should agree payment method, invoicing, taxes, delivery, warranties, returns and other transaction terms directly with each other. Do not assume Inqyri holds funds or protects a payment.
Suppliers are responsible for the products or services they offer and for commitments they make directly to buyers. Inqyri does not independently manufacture, inspect, ship, warrant or fulfil each listed product and cannot guarantee quality, delivery, suitability, refunds or after-sales performance. Contact the supplier about these terms before agreeing to a transaction.
Marketplace review and account controls are not a substitute for your own due diligence and do not amount to a blanket guarantee of identity, licensing, solvency, product authenticity or business conduct. Verify important claims independently before making a commercial decision.
Inqyri is responsible for operating the marketplace features it provides, applying its stated account, moderation and publication workflows, and handling support requests through available channels, subject to its terms and applicable law. We aim to provide a useful discovery and enquiry experience, but cannot guarantee third-party conduct, response times, transaction outcomes or uninterrupted availability.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, Inqyri is not a party to the buyer–supplier contract and does not control independent suppliers’ statements, stock, pricing, negotiations, payment collection, shipping, customs, taxes, installation, warranties, returns or disputes. Buyers and suppliers are responsible for checking terms and complying with applicable laws.
Verify the business independently, confirm specifications and the complete written quotation, use payment methods appropriate to your risk, and be cautious of pressure, unusual advance-payment requests or requests for passwords, OTPs and unnecessary sensitive data. Do not share an OTP or account password with a supplier or anyone claiming to be Inqyri support. Report suspicious listings or conduct through the contact page.
Where available, a WhatsApp button opens a separate WhatsApp conversation with the supplier. WhatsApp is operated by a third party. Inqyri does not automatically see the private conversation, messages or attachments; submit a website enquiry as well if you need an enquiry record in the portal.
The details you submit may be shared with the supplier or suppliers receiving your enquiry and with authorised administrators who operate or support the marketplace. Provide only information needed for the business conversation and read the Privacy Policy for more detail.
Use the Contact Inqyri page and select the closest support category. Include the product or store link, relevant dates and a concise explanation. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
