A connection platform, with clear responsibilities
Inqyri helps customers discover businesses and connect with suppliers. Listings and enquiries are not automatically a confirmed order or a guarantee of supplier performance.

Welcome to Inqyri. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of inqyri.com, its supplier directory, product and service listings, enquiry tools, account areas, and any related commerce features made available through the portal. By using the portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
1. About Inqyri
Inqyri is a business discovery and connection platform that helps visitors discover suppliers, review business and product/service information, and contact businesses through enquiry features. Some areas may also provide shopping, basket, checkout, or order features. The feature available on a particular page determines the relevant process.
2. Eligibility and account security
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use account or transaction features.
- Provide accurate, current and complete registration, business and contact information, and update it when it changes.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials and verification codes confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
- Notify Inqyri promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your account.
3. Supplier profiles, listings and claims
- Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their business profiles, product/service listings, images, specifications, prices, stock or availability statements, certifications, delivery promises and other claims.
- Suppliers must have the rights and permissions needed to publish their content and must not post misleading, unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or harmful material.
- Inqyri may review, moderate, correct, restrict, unpublish or remove profiles and listings, and may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
- A listing, verification indicator or presence on the portal is not, by itself, a guarantee by Inqyri of a supplier’s identity, quality, solvency, credentials, products, services or performance.
4. Enquiries and supplier connections
When you submit an enquiry or contact a supplier, you authorise Inqyri to process and transmit the information needed to route that enquiry to the relevant supplier and to operate the service. Suppliers may contact you in response to your enquiry. You should share only information relevant to your request and avoid sending passwords, payment credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information through enquiry forms.
Unless a specific checkout or order flow states otherwise, an enquiry is a request for information or contact—not an order, a confirmed booking, a binding quotation or a guarantee that the supplier will respond. Any resulting negotiation, quotation, contract, purchase, service engagement, delivery or payment is between the customer and supplier.
5. Orders, payments and fulfilment
Where a product or service can be purchased through a basket or checkout, the details displayed during that flow—including the seller, item, price, applicable taxes, payment method and order confirmation—govern the transaction together with any seller-specific terms shown before purchase. Do not assume that every directory listing supports online purchase or delivery.
- Suppliers are responsible for fulfilling accepted orders and for the accuracy of product descriptions, availability, applicable taxes, warranties, cancellations, returns, refunds and after-sales commitments, except where applicable law or a displayed Inqyri policy provides otherwise.
- Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.
- Shipping or delivery is offered only where expressly shown for the relevant item or order. Do not rely on a shipping service unless the checkout or supplier expressly confirms it.
- Contact the supplier first about item-specific fulfilment or after-sales issues. You may also contact Inqyri through the Contact page for platform-related assistance.
6. Acceptable use
You must not: (a) use the portal for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or fraudulent activity; (b) submit false enquiries, spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading reviews; (c) impersonate another person or business; (d) scrape, harvest or misuse portal data or contact details without authorisation; (e) attempt to bypass security, interfere with site operation or introduce malicious code; (f) infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights; or (g) use the portal to advertise prohibited goods or services.
7. Reviews, feedback and user content
You are responsible for content you submit, including reviews, enquiries, images and business information. Content must be truthful, relevant, lawful and based on genuine experience where it purports to be a review. By submitting content, you grant Inqyri a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and format that content as needed to operate, maintain and promote the portal. You retain ownership of your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Intellectual property and site availability
The Inqyri name, branding, site design, software and original portal content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law. We aim to keep the portal available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available service. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for operational, security or business reasons.
9. Third-party services and supplier dealings
The portal may link to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment providers and communication tools. Inqyri does not control those services and is not responsible for their content or practices. Customers and suppliers are responsible for independently assessing each other, confirming important terms in writing, and taking appropriate precautions before sharing information, making payments or entering into agreements.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the portal is provided on an “as available” basis. Inqyri does not warrant that listings or user-submitted information are complete, accurate or current, and is not a party to independent agreements between customers and suppliers unless expressly stated for a particular transaction.
To the extent permitted by law, Inqyri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, business opportunities or data, or disputes, acts or omissions of suppliers or customers arising from independent dealings. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, a security risk, unlawful activity, misuse of the portal or a need to protect users or comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the portal at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and dispute terms—will survive termination.
12. Privacy and personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. By using enquiry, account or checkout features, you acknowledge that information necessary to provide those features may be processed and shared with the relevant supplier or service provider as described in that policy and applicable notices.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the portal after updated Terms are published means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections or rights available under applicable law. The parties will first try to resolve platform-related concerns in good faith through the Contact page. Any court proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, without overriding any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer rights provided by law.
15. Contact Inqyri
For questions about these Terms or the portal, please use the Contact Inqyri page. For a product, order, refund or delivery matter, include the relevant listing or order details and contact the supplier where appropriate.
These Terms are general platform terms and are not legal advice. Please have them reviewed by a qualified Indian legal professional to confirm they fit your operating entity, policies and applicable legal obligations.
